  • Rider Weight Limit: Maximum 220 lbs / 100 kg for horse safety.

  • Lead Option: Riders may request to be led by a guide.

  • Cancellations: Full refunds available for cancellations up to 48 hours prior; no refunds after this period.

  • Weather Policy: Tropical weather may affect rides. Unsafe conditions will result in rescheduling.

  • Sea Swimming Safety: Swimming with horses is only allowed if sea conditions are safe.

  • Horseback riding involves inherent risk. All guests are required to complete and sign a waiver prior to riding
